Ordering for a brand image is a quick and trouble-free, five-step process at Innovate. All you have to do is follow the steps outlined below and you will get the complete brand image developed that speaks for your company in the manner you by which you desire.
The first step is filling the order form that will provide us with the information we need to design your image. The more information we have the better the company brand image. Here you will also make the final payment so that we start designing the moment your card is approved. Unlike other sites we do not use pre-made software to design your brand image. All of our designs are custom made based on your requirements.
After completing the brand image order form and receiving your order and payment, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. If any information is missing or we have additional questions, we'll let you know at that time otherwise we will immediately begin work on your design.
The first draft of the brand image samples will arrive within the time frame specified in the package you ordered. The number of samples will be dependent on the brand image design package ordered and the samples will be uploaded on a secure site accessible only by you the client.
Once you have gone through the samples pick one to be improved. The number of changes we make is infinite in the Platinum Package while for the other packages the revisions provided are limited. We try to ensure complete customer satisfaction regardless of the inconvenience. Feel comfortable asking for any revisions at this point. There are no extra charges for logo revisions.
When you e-mail us your approval; we will send you a package with various graphic formats of your new brand image design. You will retain complete copyright to the finalized logo designs whether the company's brand image are for electronic media or print.
